Rules and Regulations of Warrior Cats.

GENERAL RULES! *

1. Of course. The rule that is at every site you've probably EVER been at: Be kind to everyone.

-I don’t want to see any childish fighting over a post or something someone said. It makes the site tense and it seems hard to focus on things that are happening. I hate to have people fighting about thinks that don’t need to be fought about. It just seems so stupid. So please. Try to get along with everyone and make sure every can have fun here. We welcome everyone here, and we want our members to be as friendly as our staff.

2. Here's another one you probably know: Respect all members.

-Respect works both ways. I understand that; if someone is being cruel to you, I understand the feelings of ‘why should I be kind to them if they aren’t kind to me?’ well honestly; it works both ways. If you want respect then you have to give them respect even if they don’t give it to you. If you have trouble with this let me know. There are ways to fix people’s behavior; even if it means doing it a different way.

3. Respect Administrators and Moderators, because without them this site would not be here.

- If you do not respect administrators and moderators enough to at least say ‘thank you’ when they do something for you, then you obviously don’t need to be here. if you do not have enough patience to at least give us time when the site is down or when we are working on something else and you are constantly asking us to do something, it does get annoying. There are only so many of us working on what we are. If you don’t have the patience to let us do what we are working on first; then don’t expect to get what you want.

4. There is NO profanity allowed on the site.

- if you cannot follow this rule then you will receive warnings. Depending on how many warnings you have or had you will be banned for a certain period of time. There is no tolerance for people who think it is necessary to swear on a site that is for people ranging from 13 to any age. profanity may happen on the chatbox, just make sure that is in moderation.

5. Absolutely NO sexual activity. Keep everything under PG-13.

- That is just plain inappropriate; parents who allow their kids to come on this site are expecting it to be kid friendly. Under no circumstances will this rule be lifted. I know people aren’t all above 18 who join these sites. This MUST be kid friendly. The warnings for this rule are the same as profanity, but if it is the same basic people you will NOT be allowed on the site any longer.

6. Regarding first signing up and activity.

- New members will be given forty-eight hours (2 days) to post an original application without a leave of absence form. With a leave of absence form, you will be excused until the end of the following activity check. Meaning, if you are gone through one activity check, and are gone for a second one, you will be deleted it UNLESS YOUR LEAVE OF ABSENCE SPECIFIES THAT YOU WILL BE GONE FOR EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU WILL BE GONE (example of that would be a vacation). After your application has been posted, you will be given five days to complete your application, in which case, you will then be removed from the forum at the end of the fifth day if there is no leave of absence thread.

CHARACTER RULES! *

1. No character can be perfect.

- no character can be perfect because no personality is perfect. Characters that are perfect make it hard to role-play and it also gets very boring. When you are role-playing a perfect character you tend to make them seem like they can rule the world. There are alphas and leaders to rule the group they are in—and not even they are perfect.

2. If you want ANY characters accepted they MUST be made using our biography form.

- We are ask that everyone uses the form we supply for their biography because it makes our lives easier. It makes it so we have the same information about every cat and keeps our biographies uniform.

3. Any plots that are made may not be tampered with by someone outside the plot.

-When you are outside the plot and you end up tampering it, you make it less fun for everyone. You could end up taking out someone else’s role in the plot. If you do end up doing this you will not be allowed to participate in the following plot.

4. No powers what-so-ever. Absolutely no powers to make your character perfect.

- Powers are not allowed, we are trying to play realistic characters here, and characters with powers are simply not allowed.

5. Characters must be made as realistic cats.

- This means we want realistic coloration, realistic eye colors, and cats are not abnormally fertile. (Male calicos are typically sterile.) If you want either abnormal eyes or a fertile calico, you can buy them in our site shop using our feathers.

6. Characters are one per account.

- On this site, we are running on one character per account, meaning you will have multiple accounts and will only use one for each character. Because of PB v5 this has become easier to do because you can link all your accounts together and then in the bottom right corner you can see three icons. Using the first icon, you can easily which back and forth between accounts. Please make sure that your name is all lowercase using only alphabetical symbols, no numbers and no special characters.

7. Adopted Characters

- Unless a character is adopted from another player because they do not want to play the character any more, you are required to make a biography. We want a biography for every character here.

8. Ancestors in the Game.

StarClan cats are cats that have passed that have been role-played. If your character is plotting with a StarClan character (such as a leader or a medicine cat visited by a past friend or something along these lines) and you want that character adopted, please PM the admin account and the staff with determine if this is an acceptable thing. StarClan cats are adopted are only to be used with the cat that requested it unless the administration has okayed it. StarClan cats can ONLY roleplay in DREAMS. The same thing goes for the cats of the Dark Forest. These cats do not walk the physical world.

ROLE-PLAYING RULES! *

1. There is to be no power playing on the site.

- You have your own characters to role-play. There is no excuse for someone to role-play someone else’s characters. It is annoying to be playing with someone and they take control of your character just to make things go their way.

2. I will not tolerate god-moding.

- It is extremely annoying when you are fighting someone and they dodge every hit and kick your arse. It doesn’t seem fair that they are. The same thing goes for god-moding as it goes for power playing. It will not be tolerated.

3. Once again; NO sexual activity will be permitted.

- that is just plain inappropriate; parents who allow their kids to come on this site are expecting it to be kid friendly. Under no circumstances will this rule be lifted. 4. This goes for in posting too. NO swearing/cursing/cussing is allowed.

- if you cannot follow this rule then you will receive warnings. A cat doesn't know what a swear word is anyway. They have their own language, and do not need our swear words.

5. Please make sure your posts are at least 250 words long.

This is an easy word count, and can help our newer members understand and learn to post longer amounts. It also makes for a decent play to start and helps everyone advance as a roleplayer.
